Parents try to save pool trip

A trip to the pool isn't as simple as it used to be. Just ask parents in Hermiston.

In the midst of a mounting budget crisis, the Hermiston School District recently decided to cancel most field trips for the rest of this year. That included year-end trips to the Hermiston Family Aquatic Center, a tradition for many elementary schools to celebrate the end of the school year with students.
