HEPPNER - Former Hermiston High School band teacher Stephen Pavletich will plead guilty Friday to charges he spied on men using the urinal at a rest stop on Interstate 84 near Boardman, according to David Allen, Morrow County district attorney.

Pavletich will appear in Morrow County Court at 8:30 a.m. to enter his plea and be sentenced on one count of invasion of personal privacy.

Pavletich, who was arrested in early May, was originally arraigned on five counts of invasion of personal privacy.

He resigned from his job with the Hermiston School District effective May 23.
