•An employee of the Milton-Freewater Public Works Department at 8 a.m. told police someone cut the gas lines on two vehicles and siphoned gas from them.

•A semi driver hauling 50 rolls of chocolate told emergency dispatchers at 9:08 a.m. that his trailer was on fire near milepost 220 in the westbound lane of Interstate 84. He called back within minutes and said he put out the fire and there was no traffic hazard.

•A Hermiston-area man at 9:48 a.m. reported another man made threats on Facebook about killing the caller. He asked to speak a Umatilla County deputy sheriff.

•A Heppner man at 9:53 a.m. reported someone three weeks ago stole beer from his ice chest on his porch in the 200 block of Northwest Baltimore Street, Heppner.

•An Irrigon cattle owner at 11:07 a.m. reported she didn’t want to breed her cows and a neighbor’s bull broke through her fence in the 300 block of Southwest Nevada Avenue. She asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.

•A Pendleton father at 3:51 p.m. told police someone stole a tablet computer from his daughter’s locker at Sunridge Middle School, 700 S.W. Runnion Ave., Pendleton.

•A woman at 5:06 p.m. told Pendleton police someone stole $700 cash from her purse while she slept near the Umatilla River and Southeast 15th Street.

•Pendleton police at 8:12 p.m. received a complaint about a high school driver passing vehicles on the right then turning left in front of them on Northwest Carden onto Highway 37. A police sergent contacted the driver's father and told him about the complaint.



•Pendleton police arrested Shannon Alexandria Richards, 42, of Pendleton, for second-degree assault and menacing after she used a baseball bat to attack her ex-boyfriend at his residence, 611 S.E. Goodwin Ave., Pendleton.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Dominique Ellissa Arthur, 25, no address provided, for public intoxication, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal trespass.

•Umatilla police arrested Everardo Campos Avalos, 30, no address provided, for carrying a concealed firearm, possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft.

•Boardman police arrested Dustin Scott Mickelson, 24, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•Pendleton police arrested Daniel Munguia Ayala, 42, no address provided, for possession of methamphetamine and interfering with a peace officer.
