Revenue forecast a mixed bag for Oregon

SALEM - The latest revenue forecast shows the state's income for the upcoming two-year budget period has dropped by more than half a billion dollars.

The number, though not welcome, is better than what lawmakers had originally predicted. Legislative leaders had been counting on it being down by $1 billion or more.
