Sisters occupies a ground floor corner of the St. George Plaza, corner of Main Street and Emigrant Avenue. It boasts high ceilings, large window views of downtown, and walls and seating festooned with warm colors and flowers.
Sisters brews SeattleÂ’s Best Coffee, starting at $1.25 a cup, and crepes are the specialty food, available in sweet or savory varieties for $6.95.
Scott McClendon and Dawn DiFuria said they were satisfied with their Sisters lunch experience Thursday.
Each paid about $12 for food and a beverage. McClendon, who sipped a caramel latte, said he was impressed with the fresh ingredients in his Greek salad. DiFuria, who ordered the “Uptown Turkey” sandwich and a vanilla frappe, said she enjoyed the atmosphere.
Hours of operation are 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturdays, and 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Sundays.
Mayor Phillip Houk will cut the ribbon at the grand opening 4 p.m. June 21. Free samples will be available.
