PENDLETON - Tucker Mollers of Pendleton will return home Saturday after serving in Iraq and Afghanistan as a member of the 82nd Airborne of the U.S. Army. Mollers joined the service in June 2001.

He served in Afghanistan from January to August of 2003 and in Iraq from January to June of 2004. He has now completed his terms of service and is scheduled to fly into the Pendleton airport at 3:25 p.m.

"Oh, God it's going to be so great to have him back," said his mother, Terri Mollers. Since returning from Iraq, Mollers has been stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C., and none of his family has been able to visit him there.

Mollers, who attended Pendleton High School, plans to move to Eugene to live with his brother, Jeffrey Mollers, and attend school. In addition to Jeffrey, his brother Bradley Moschkau of Roseburg will head to Pendleton for the reunion.

Terri Mollers is also hoping that her daughter, Sherie Moschkau of Roseburg, will be able to get off work to welcome her younger brother home.

"It would be the first time I've had all four of them together since 2001," the mother said.

She said all of Tucker's friends are welcome to come to the airport to greet him.
