RIETH - Incumbent Billy Turner is the unofficial winner for the fourth Commissioner seat in the Rieth Water Supply District.

Turner earned 24 votes to opponent David Turk's 22, with just one write-in vote and no over- or undervotes.

"That was close," Turner said.

Turner has served on the board for 16 years, but said this will be his last go-round. The EO wasn't able to reach Turk.

Conrad Wyss ran unopposed for the second Commission seat and Timothy Cain ran unopposed for the fifth slot. Wyss earned 43 votes against one write-in and three undervotes, while Cain garnered 41 votes against three write-in and three undervotes.

Turner also ran unopposed for a seat on the Rieth Sanitary Board, winning with 27 votes against 15 write-ins and five undervotes.
