Weather wreaks havoc on Highland Avenue
Staff photo by Tammy Malgesini After a water main broke in the 900 block of West Highland Avenue in Hermiston, part of the street had to be dug up to make repairs. Ron Sivey, street superintendent, said when the weather allows, a crew will restore the street.
