The weather for the week looks to be mild but with lots of variety. Most areas will see sun Monday and clear skies tonight. Some areas will see fog and freezing fog mid-week. Rain and clouds will bring the week to a close, with clouds and sun mixing through the weekend.
Pendleton today will have a few clouds with skies clearing tonight. During the day the temperature will reach a high of 52 degrees Fahrenheit and this evening it will drop to 28. There will be a south wind between 7 and 9 mph today and tonight.
The clear skies will last though Tuesday, with highs reaching 47, but Tuesday night freezing fog will settle in after 10 with a low temperature of 26 degrees. Wednesday may have some breaks in the fog, as it's forecasted to clear after 10 a.m. The high will likely reach abut 44. The fog will return Wednesday night and Thursday and if it does burn off, it will still be covered by clouds. Temperatures Wednesday night will drop to 30 and reach a high of 49 Thursday.
Thursday night brings the showers. A slight chance of showers are predicted with temperatures settling around 32 degrees. That slight chance of showers will carry through to Friday with a high of 46.
The weekend may see sun on Saturday with a high around 46 and cloudy skies Saturday night with a low around 30. Sunday will be sunny with a the warmest conditions since Monday, as the high reaches 51.
Hermiston will see a similar pattern of weather this week, starting with a mostly cloudy day Monday, gradually becoming sunny and a high near 52. There will be a calming 5 mph wind from the Southeast.
The freezing fog will sink in Monday night with temperatures lowering to 27.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high near 47. The clouds will return that night with a high of 30. Sunday will be partly sunny with a high near 50.
Heppner will remain mostly clear and sunny throughout the week.
