Westbound lanes of Interstate 84 resumed normal traffic in La Grande and Baker City on Wednesday after tractor-trailers clogged the lanes for several hours, the Oregon Department of Transportation reported this morning.

Westbound I-85 reopened around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at La Grande, where trucks blocked the highway near Milepost 248.

A semi crash Wednesday evening was cleared from the westound lanes at Milepost 278, Baker City, and traffic resumed around 9:45 p.m., the department reported.
