HERMISTON - A 31-year-old Hermiston woman was arrested Thursday after she allegedly fired a bullet through the wall of her home into - and through - a neighbor's home.
The incident happened after the woman was involved in an argument at the home in a trailer park at 1210 S.W. 11th. When Hermiston police arrived to investigate, she fired a .22 caliber rifle inside her home. The bullet traveled through one wall of her home, through a neighbor's home and lodged in a pickup truck parked nearby. No one was injured in the incident.
Rena Jewell Henderson, 1210 S.W. 11th St., was arrested and charged with unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangerment, and booked into Umatilla County Jail.
