SEATTLE (AP) _ Omeros Corporation (OMER) on Thursday reported a loss of $39.5 million in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Seattle-based company said it had a loss of 81 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 71 cents per share.

The drug developer posted revenue of $4.6 million in the period.

Omeros shares have decreased 18 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $16.02, a rise of 12 percent in the last 12 months.
