PENDLETON — Locals can watch and discuss President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address tonight at a couple of watch parties.

Prodigal Son Brewery & Pub, 230 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, will host one party 4:30 to 8:40 p.m., and the Berney Elementary School Library, 1718 Pleasant St., Walla Walla, will hold a party 5:15 to 7:30 p.m. The president’s address to the American people before a joint session of Congress will begin at 6 p.m.
