Karen Marie Brabham

Karen Marie Brabham was born March 31st, 1938, at Great Falls, Montana, to parents James and Eva Pearl (Snow) Tennis. She died Tuesday, August 21st, 2012, at Regency Hermiston Nursing Facility in Hermiston, Oregon, at the age of 74.

On September 4th, 1976, she married Edward Brabham in Othello, Washington. She moved to Umatilla, Oregon, in 1992 and then to Hermiston in 2002. Karen loved gardening, decorating, bowling, playing pinochle and was devoted to her dogs and cats. She was a beloved wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband, Ed of Hermiston, Ore.; sons Michael Trimmell of Hillsboro, Ore., and Thomas Albert of California; daughters Lisa Marie of Hillsboro, Ore., and Debbie Cox of Reno, Nev.; sisters Pat Gardner of Mt. Angel, Ore., Sandra Jackson of Texas and Joann Butt of Texas; and 3 grandchildren, Tara, Haley, and Korey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Pearl Tennis; 2 sisters, Marcia Pruess and Betty Haragan; and brother James Tennis.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 25th, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery.
