PILOT ROCK — Danny De Schademan, 48, of Pilot Rock died Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, in a car accident outside of Pilot Rock. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Fourth and Douglas streets, Pilot Rock.

Burial will follow at the Pilot Rock Cemetery.

Mr. Schademan was born Nov. 25, 1961, in Sunnyside, Wash., to DeWayne C. Schademan and Margaret M. Harn. He grew up in Sunnyside, and later attended college at the Phoenix Institute of Technology in Arizona and Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton.

His first job was with Majoner & Sons in Sunnyside. He worked at Lamb-Weston in Boardman; LP and Masonite in Pilot Rock; Umatilla Chemical Depot in Hermiston, and Hanford in Richland, Wash. He married Elizabeth A. Huxel in 1988.

Mr. Schademan is survived by his wife, Beth; daughters Nicki Waite, Tiffany and Jennifer, all of Pilot Rock; brother Nick Schademan of Sunnyside, Wash.; sister Stacy Johnson of Everett, Wash.; three grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
