Obituary: Roberto ‘Chino’ Saucillo

Roberto (Chino) Saucillo was born in Weiser, Idaho, on August 25th, 1955. He died on Saturday, January 21, 2012, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 56.

Roberto was a resident of Eltopia, Washington, and formerly of the Hermiston, Oregon, area. 

He worked as a farm supervisor for many years. His hobbies included fishing, sports, and watching wrestling. He also enjoyed barbecues with friends and family.

He is survived by his spouse, Betty Gutierrez; sons, Joe Gutierrez, Eric Gutierrez, Keith Saucillo, Kyle Saucillo, and daughter, Kyla Forsberg.

He was also the proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren.

A memorial mass and rosary will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Angles Catholic Church in Hermiston, Oregon.

Burial of cremains will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery in Stanfield, Oregon.
