When are adults going to take the responsibility of being examples to our youth?

It has become apparent to me that our local police department is more focused on the driving habits of young drivers than those of adults in our city. During the summer you could find a city police officer perched atop South Main in mid-afternoon, watching the intersection for vehicles failing to perform a full stop at the sign at the intersection with Isaac, while a majority of adults were at work and most of those driving were teens.
