Spring has arrived a little sooner than usual and with the arrival of spring come new baby animals. To those of you who think putting out poison to kill the unwanted cats in your neighborhood is OK, think again. The cat you poisoned may be somebody's like mine, not a stray that wandered in off the river levee. People that do such deeds should pay a hefty fine and maybe go to jail, becuase if they'll do that to cats, what else are they capable of?
