It looks like the fuel tax promoters are again trying to mislead the voters of Pendleton. The group that wants your money by adding a city tax to gas and diesel is spending the city's money on billboards and signs that advertise "Vote Yes on the Barnhart Road." This is very misleading. We are not voting on the Barnhart Road; it is already under construction. A yes vote to build the Barnhart Road will actually be counted as a yes vote for a city gas and diesel tax. Don't be fooled into voting the wrong way again.
