If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re in the U.S. because your ancestors immigrated here. Yes, some people are native, and others were brought over as slaves, but for many of the rest of us, our ancestors came here because America has been a beacon of hope and freedom for people all around the world. Immigrants have made enormous contributions to our country and made us stronger.

Measure 105 is against this spirit. It would single people out for being immigrants, throwing out an anti-racial profiling law that prohibits police from targeting people just because the officer suspects someone is here without documentation.

Let’s just not do that. Keep Oregon, Oregon, and the U.S., the U.S. Vote NO on 105.
