EO employee Angela Treadwell reports Pine Creek in Weston is now 8 to 10-feet deep with floodwater. A state of emergency was officially declared Thursday afternoon in the Weston area due to flooding. Available resources have been called out. Citizens are encouraged to get sand bags at the small ODOT gravel pit at the Hwy 11/204 intersection. Residents may have to bag their own, however, as resources are limited.
