Word has been received of the death of a former Pendleton resident, Annabell June Gordon, 85, at the Life Care Center in Farmington, N.M., on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2005.

A memorial service for Mrs. Gordon will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17, at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 614, 201 S. Park Ave., in Aztec, N.M.

Mrs. Gordon was born June 30, 1919, at Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She lived at Pendleton for many years and moved to the Aztec area in 1988 to live with her son, Timithy.

She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW, Post 614, in Aztec.

Survivors include sons, Timithy of Aztec, N.M., Kennith of Farmington, N.M., and Patrick of Florence, Ariz.; a sister, Viola Rickman of Spokane; three granddaughters, eight great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 614, Aztec, NM.

Cope Memorial Chapel of Farmington, N.M., is in charge of arrangements.
