•Stanley Ray Langford Jr., 29, Weston, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to $40 fine and $60 unitary assessment.

•Jared Jon Patterson, 23, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Improper Use of 911 System; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $440 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $60 unitary assessment and $175 attorney fees.

•Michele Preciado, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $440 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $60 unitary assessment and $175 attorney fees.

•Ryan Tyler Patrick, 29, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $140 fine and $1,550 fine-suspended, $1,013.98 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment and $60 unitary assessment.

•Byron Ray Spencer, 49, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Theft II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 60 hours community service, $500 fine, $104 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment and $60 unitary assessment.

•Lawrence Scott Smith, 41, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to $160 fine and $60 unitary assessment.

•Joshua Lee Sheets, 30, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 10 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $440 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $60 unitary assessment and $100 attorney fees.

•Timothy Shannon Stephens, 52, Stanfield, was found guilty of DUII; sentenced to 5 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $685 fine and $2,500 fine-suspended, $255 State obligation, $100 bench probation assessment, $60 unitary assessment and 1 year driver’s license suspension.
