•Christopher Futch, 35, St. Augustine, Fla., was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance (PCS)-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $388 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $103 assessment fees.

•Ronald Bruce Bingham, 46, Pendleton, was convicted of Assault IV; sentenced to 60 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 120 hours community service, $5,000 fine-suspended, $4,959.12 restitution, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.
