Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

•Nicholas Patrick Arterburn, 25, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Interference with Making Report; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $165 attorney fees; pleaded no contest to Criminal Mischief III; sentence discharged.

•Christopher Jason Forman, 35, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 30 hours community service, $750 fine, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Duane Allen Gerber, 44, Boise, Idaho, was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance (PCS)-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $1,000 fine, $103 assessment fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•John Robert Petray, 28, Milton-Freewater, was convicted of Theft III; sentenced to $322 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Mark Ryan Runyan, 29, Walla Walla, was convicted of Criminal Trespass II and Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to $322 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees for each count.

•Agustin Cortez Salcedo, 66, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Failure to Carry/Present Operator’s License; sentenced to 15 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, $750 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•John Harmon Calvert, 43, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Burglary II; sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $3,000 fine-suspended, $11,156.04 restitution, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees and $350 attorney fees.

•Amanda Renee Cazares, 25, Hermiston, was convicted of Harassment; sentenced to $250 fine and $97 assessment fees.

•Samuel James Pinto, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 25 hours community service, $250 fine and $750 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $165 attorney fees.

•Josh Anthony Soto, 19, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Minor in Possession (MIP)-purchased alcohol; sentenced to $287 fine and $67 assessment fees.

•Hugo Ivan Hernandez-Dominguez, 19, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $250 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Brian James Masterson, 25, Boone, N.C., was convicted of Criminal Trespass I; sentenced to $500 fine and $133 assessment fees.

•Chris Allen Ralston, 51, Hermiston, was convicted of PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $1,000 fine and $103 assessment fees.

•Nathan Daniel Sapp, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

Divorces

PENDLETON — Divorce decrees were signed in Umatilla County Courts for:

Christopher M. Malone and Billie L. Malone; Juan Manuel Acosta Andrade and Carmen Lemus; Kurt James Rosenberg and Starla Kay Rosenberg; Alyssa Jean Bernal and Roberto Carlos Bernal Ruiz.
