?Alva Gordon Kuppenbender, 23, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mistreatment I; sentenced to 30 days jail, 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $25,000 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $173 assessment fees, and $540 attorney fees.

?Jill Amber Litzsinger, 26, Athena, pleaded guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance (PCS)-cocaine; sentenced to 25 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision, $470 attorney fees, and 6 months driver's license suspension.

?Jeffrey Maurice Miller, 40, Pendleton, was convicted of Refusal of Breath Test; sentenced to $500 fine and $103 assessment fees.

?Gary Lee Murphy Jr., 35, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Theft III; sentenced to 15 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 20 hours community service, $250 fine and $750 fine-suspended, $3.99 restitution, $133 assessment fees, and $280 attorney fees.

?Antolin Lopez Nasario, 34, Troutdale, was convicted of Fail to Comply With Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer; sentenced to $255 fine and $97 assessment fees.

?Irina Kirsten Callahan, 52, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Attempted PCS II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $133 assessment fees, and $280 attorney fees.

?Ricardo Ceniceros, 28, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance II; sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 160 hours community service, $500 fine and $4,500 fine-suspended, $173 assessment fees, $780 attorney fees, and 6 months driver's license suspension.

?Genesis Mendez Cordova, 18, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $250 fine and $750 fine-suspended, and $133 assessment fees.

?Jonathan Reed Crane, 22, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Driving While Suspended; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 25 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, and $133 assessment fees for each count, and $161 attorney fees.
