PENDLETON - 4-H County Medal winners were announced during the annual Umatilla County 4-H Achievement Day held Nov. 1 at the Pendleton Convention Center. Medals were awarded to 4-H club members based on their achievement in project areas, community service, leadership and participation in county or state events.
