Aug. 13, 1941-April 8, 2005

Word has been received of the death of Judith Folliard Duncan, 63, of the Portland area on Friday, April 8, 2005.

A celebration of life gathering will take place between 1:30-3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at Broetje House, 3101 S.E. Courtney Road, in Milwaukie.

Mrs. Duncan was born Aug. 13, 1941, at Beloit City, Wis. She was raised at Sellwood, and made Southeast Portland her home.

She was a retired community corrections, parole and probation employee and had been employed by Multnomah County and the State of Oregon.

She cared for family, friends, gardening, garage sales, and charity work.

Survivors include daughters, Elisabeth Azavedo of Lisbon, Portugal, and Angela Thompson of Hermiston; grandchildren, Rebekkah, Luke, Naomi, Sonia, Diana, Samuel, Christina, Joao, Neuza, and Tatiana; sisters, Edith, Paula, Sharon, and Ellie and a brother, John.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation.
