PORTLAND - Mabelle Louise Bullock, 79, of Portland, formerly of Milton-Freewater, died April 16, 2004, at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Munselle-Rhodes Funeral Home in Milton-Freewater with the Rev. Duane Geyer of the First Christian Church in Milton-Freewater officiating.

Inurnment will be in the Milton-Freewater Cemetery.

Bullock was born July 16, 1924, in Delena, Ore., the daughter of L.P. and Gertrude A. Bullock.

She lived her younger life mostly in Eastern Oregon, Arizona and California and lived most of her adult life in the Portland and Eagle Creek areas. She spent most of her working years employed by Pacific Northwest Bell in Portland.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great nephews.

She was preceded in death her brothers Wallace Bullock, George Bullock, Lloyd Bullock, Robert Bullock, and sisters Viola Collins, Dee Bullock, Etta Elliot and Vivian Hansen.
