SANDY, Utah - Natalie Jeanne Chayer Lockhart, who enjoyed house design, died April 26, 2007, at her home in Sandy, Utah.

A funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens in Sandy, Utah.

She was born Jan. 27, 1926, in Kankakee, Ill., to Walter Francis Chayer and Dorothy Mae Conant Chayer. She married William Harold Lockhart on Aug. 3, 1945, in Austin, Texas.

Mrs. Lockhart enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading, real estate and house design.

She is survived by daughters Joan Eileen Bosworth of Pendleton, Cathy Lynne Loney of Moscow, Idaho, Kerril Lee Lockhart and Christie Lou Hunt, both of Spokane; sons William Jay Lockhart of Hayden Lake, Idaho, and James Lawrence Lockhart of Pendleton; sisters Patricia Evelyn Kean and Barbara Lynne Hayden of California; 14 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and companion Donald E. Zimmerman of Sandy, Utah.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a daughter.
