•Steven Benson Cordell, 26, La Grande, was convicted of Sexual Abuse II: sentenced to 27 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 3 years post-prison supervision’ pleaded guilty to Failure to Report as Sex Offender: sentenced to 9 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 2 years post-prison supervision.

•Christopher Steven McCall, 27, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Luring a Minor: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $4,800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Bobbi Gail Carson, 54, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 60 days jail, 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Matthew Dean Simpson, 32, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 minimum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $1,300 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Ernie Bacalso Oxinio, 34, Weston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance II: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Sarah Ann Pierre, 39, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 3 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 90 days Oregon Dept. of Corrections; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 months Oregon Youth Authority and 2 years post-prison supervision.

•Francisco Erasmo Perez, 24, McNary, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units and 60 maximum jail units.

MISDEMEANOR

•Sade Tyel Bronson, 31, Lewiston, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and 40 hours community service.

•Manuel Garcia Madrigal, 22, Paterson, Wash., pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $250 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Clinton Lavon Lathrom, 42, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 30 days jail.
