PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Dakota Michael Myers, 26, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 180 days jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Robert Randall Schellong, 57, Portland, pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units and 30 maximum jail units; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentence discharged.

•Jennifer Marie Estes, 35, Yakima, Wash., pleaded guilty to Making False Claim for Health Care Payment: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $800 fine-suspended and $280 restitution, plus attorney fees.

•Charles Cass Cooley III, 40, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Curtis Wesley Kepler, 25, Connell, Wash. (CRCC), pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 90 days jail and $100 fine.

•Nathaniel Franklin Lewis, 28, Weston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Stolen Vehicle: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units and 30 maximum jail units for each count and $1,510 restitution, plus additional restitution to be determined.

MISDEMEANOR

•Wilfrido Garay Mendoza, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Theft II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine, $500 fine-suspended and $120.92 restitution, plus court costs and fees (second count discharged).

•Victoria Ernestina Rodriguez, 23, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentence discharged.

•Sagrario Velasco Cortez, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $4,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Giving False Information for Issuance/Service of Citation/Warrant and Resisting Arrest: sentenced to $100 fine for each count.

•Joselin Darlene Velasco, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 100 hours community service, $100 fine and $2,400 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Cody Rylee Polley, 30, Rosalia, Wash., pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and $547 restitution, plus court costs and fees.
