FELONY

•Steven Arthur Bratton, 62, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $200 fine and $2,300 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•James Brian Halfmoon Jr., 19, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 3 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty ot Felon in Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 15 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 2 years post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentence discharged.

•Alejandro Gutierrez, 19, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Endangering Another Person Protected by Family Abuse Prevention Act Restraining Order and Tampering With Witness: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service and $200 fine for each count; pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $100 fine.

•Edwin Roy Johnson, 52, Milton-Freewater, was convicted of Burglary I: sentenced to 72 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine, plus court costs and fees; was convicted of Interfering With Peace/Parole/Probation Officer: sentenced to 12 months jail and $100 fine; was convicted of Theft III: sentence discharged.

•Joe Daniel Robinson, 44, Ontario (SRCI), pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Weapon Against Another: sentenced to 60 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 5 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine and $4,800 fine-suspended.

MISDEMEANOR
