Miscellaneous?A man described as "sounding intoxicated" called the Morrow County Sheriff's Office early Friday morning from the 300 block of West Willow View Drive in Heppner to report the sheriff and district attorney in Clatsop County are corrupt and that he had a no-bail warrant for his arrest there, although he denied committing a crime. He asked if the Umatilla County Jail was comfortable, in the event police arrested him. The sheriff's office told him to contact the jail for more information and to contact the Oregon Department of Justice regarding his claims of corruption against Clatsop County.

?A man reported to Pendleton Police at 8:30 Friday evening that two juvenile males "jumped" him near Pendleton Grain Growers at the intersection of Southwest 10th Street and Southwest Dorion Avenue. The man was treated at St. Anthony Hospital's emergency room. Pendleton police arrested two juvenile suspects for third-degree assault and booked them into the Umatilla County Juvenile Detention Center in Pendleton.
