This is not a parking lot

An employee at the office of Dr. Terry Wigley, 2237 S.W. Court Ave., called Pendleton police at 12:51 to make a parking complaint. A little heart-to-heart

He did not wish to press charges.

It’s like a bad movie

The caller reported he was out looking for the men and requested contact from an officer.
