Oregon State Police Trooper Lisa Slater registered another pair of sex offenders who were locked up in the Umatilla County Jail in Pendleton.

Kevin James Richards, 54, hadn’t registered per court order for the last two years. He was in the jail for violating his parole. And Jamie Eugene Wilcox, 35, had skipped out of doing so for three years. He was in jail on warrants and a parole violation as well. Slater noted Wilcox had failed to register as a sex offender for the last three years.

Slater registered each. The men also face charges of failing to register as sex offenders.
