Stanfield police received a notice from the Washington County SheriffÂ’s Office to find a suspected sex offender living in the 400 block of East Hardning Avenue who may have failed to register.
No big deal here
Stanfield police at 1:36 p.m. responded to call about a “disturbance” in the 100 block of Page Avenue. The police chief found it was “two brothers wrestling around in the snow.”
The crashes keep coming
The Umatilla County SheriffÂ’s Office responded to multiple calls Wednesday and Thursday about crashes and vehicles that slip off roads. Most occupants were fine and suffered no injuries.
Sic the cops on this sicko
The birth center at St. Anthony Hospital called Pendleton police to report receiving a disturbing phone call at 11:19 p.m.
A worker there said a man from am Oklahoma area code called the center and asked if a 10-year-old girl could get pregnant. He also asked other questions of a sexual nature about the girl, who he admitted was his daughter. The man also may have been aroused during the call, the employee said.

ThereÂ’s the culprit
A man in the vicinity of 32600 West Spearman Road, Hermiston, reported sometime in the night someone drove over his fence and his mailbox. And the suspect was still around, a 100 feet away.
