Miscellaneous

Pendleton police recovered an East Oregonian newspaper rack after spotting a man carrying it along the levee around midnight Thursday night. Police Chief Stuart Roberts said they were unable to identify the man because he dropped the rack and ran away as soon as officers spotted him.
