11:54 a.m. - Hertz Car Rental at the Eastern Oregon Regional Airport, 2016 Airport Road, Pendleton, reported a rental car stolen.

2:11 p.m. - Pendleton police investigated a report of a dog with shoelaces tied around its muzzle near Pendleton High School, 1800 N.W. Carden Ave.

2:42 a.m. - A Heppner caller reported she saw someone in a vehicle at the end of her driveway on Little Butter Creek Road going through her mail. She pointed a flashlight down the driveway and the car took off.

3:06 p.m. - An employee of Hamley’s Western Store, 30 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported a shoplifting incident. The caller said they had the suspect’s information from a purchase she made the previous day.

12:19 p.m. - A property owner on South Main Street, Pendleton, called Pendleton police after someone put a “For Sale” sign in the front yard of his property; he wanted to report it as fraud.

1:54 p.m. - A caller at Lakeview Heights on Willow Creek Road near Heppner called the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office with concerns about someone who had talked about jumping off the Willow Creek Dam.

3:51 p.m. - Pendleton police were called when a man trying to talk to another man in the Wal-Mart parking lot was hit by the second man’s vehicle.

7:24 p.m. - The Boardman ambulance transported an employee who had been shocked by an electrical cable at Oregon Potato, 650 N.E. Columbia Ave., Boardman.

9:00 p.m. - Milton-Freewater police received a report of a stolen bicycle from the first block of Northwest Sixth Avenue.

9:38 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a man that pulled a gun out of his pocket and loaded it in front of Mac’s Bar & Grill, 1400 S.W. Dorion Ave.

1:04 p.m. - Pendleton police investigated a report of a man that pulled a knife on bar patrons after being kicked out of Frontier Tavern, 129 S.W. 18th St.

8:03 p.m. - A caller at Green Acres Mobile Home Park, 80542 Paterson Ferry Road, Irrigon, requested contact from a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy “within 60 seconds or he was going to beat someone up.”

Friday

•Hermiston police arrested Justin James Sanders, 32, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine and violating parole.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Gregorio Diaz, 19, address not provided, for possession of methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon and on a felony failure to appear warrant.

•Pendleton police cited Toni R. Brown, no age or address given, for harassment after it was reported she had punched her boyfriend in the face several times during a fight in Pilot Rock..

Saturday

•Hermiston police arrested Brittany Ashton Abbott, 20, address not provided, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft.

•Hermiston police also arrested Robert Miguel Aguilera, 32, address not provided, for felon in possession of a weapon and on a Washington state fugitive warrant.

Sunday

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Clifton Benjamin Carson Sr., 52, 113 N.E. Sixth St., on charges of first- and second-degree criminal mistreatment.

•Pendleton police arrested Whitney Diane Sanders, 18, address not provided, for possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a peace officer and giving false information to police.
