12:09 a.m. - A Pendleton caller on Southeast Court Place complained about three intoxicated people across the railroad tracks from the old hospital grounds “yelling and carrying on” and racing around in a black and white pickup.
12:16 a.m. - Hermiston police received a report from a woman who said someone drew a gun on her husband. She then disconnected the call.
1:18 a.m. - One resident of Mountain View Apartments, 2410 N.W. Carden Ave., Pendleton, complained to police about the neighbor above her banging or stomping on the floor.
6:10 a.m. - Milton-Freewater police took a report for a vehicle break-in and the subsequent theft of a radio on the 600 block of Rose Street.
8:06 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report for vandalism at Pendleton High School, 1800 N.W. Carden Ave.
9:59 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report from Elite Heating & Air Conditioning, 81343 Liberty Lane, Hermiston.
10:06 a.m. - Someone threw a rock through a work vehicle’s window on the 1400 block of Lamb Street, Milton-Freewater.
11:57 a.m. - A person came to the Hermiston Police Department to report the theft of tires from state vehicles on Southeast Columbia Drive.
1:30 p.m. - Milton-Freewater police received a report of a vehicle backing into a pedestrian at Sam’s Stop & Shop, 1121 S. Main St.
4:01 p.m. - A Umatilla resident on K Street told police she chased off a man she knows from her property and he was headed back to his house.
4:47 p.m. - Staff at Sally’s Beauty Supply, 1728 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported a theft.
11:04 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of an assault at Cadillac Jack’s Saloon & Grill, 1703 S.W. Emigrant Ave.
1:25 a.m. - And a male at Cadillac Jack’s threw a bottle at the bouncer.
10:54 a.m. - Callers with the Athena-Weston Neighborhood Watch on South Boyd Street, Weston, reported a suspicious vehicle in the area.
4:43 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received the first of three reports about gunfire. A 911 caller said the shots were in the area of Elizabeth Drive, Stanfield.
11:13 p.m. - The second report of gunfire came from Birtrand Street, Hermiston. Law enforcement did not find any shooter.
11:58 p.m. - And the third report was at Leathers and Baxter roads, Hermiston. Again, the sheriff’s office did not find any shooter.
1:41 a.m. - Pendleton police responded to a fight at Crabby’s Underground Saloon & Dance Hall, 220 S.W. First St.
9:14 a.m. - Oregon State Police responded to the Hermiston Walmart store after the state’s Firearms Instant Check System flagged a woman for trying to buy a gun. State police plan to send a report to the Umatilla County District Attorney’s Office for consideration of charges.
10:18 p.m. - Staff at a Hermiston hotel reported a male guest kicked out the female guest, and she was in the parking lot and naked.
11:43 p.m. - Oregon State Police responded to milepost 221 on Interstate 84 for a welfare check on a person in need of assistance. The mental health provider Lifeways Inc. could not treat him, but state police did not report why.
Police informed the man’s girlfriend of the situation, and she was not able to come to Pendleton to get him. He also refused to take a bus home.
Police let him off at the Arrowhead Truck Plaza on I-84 near milepost 216.
•Oregon State Police cited William Edward Ridgley Jr., 62, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and failure to drive within lane.
•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Roslynn Celine Simmons, 19, and Tracey Waylon Redcrane, 21, both of Pendleton, for criminal activity in drugs and dangerous drugs. Police also arrested Simmons for bribe giving.
•Hermiston police arrested Zachary Alec Egerer, 35, of Hermiston, for felony attempt to elude, DUII and reckless driving.
•Stanfield police arrested Nicole Marie Apperson, 45, of 71786 Straughn Road, Pendleton, for interfering with a peace officer, assault of a public safety officer and on a warrant for failure to appear.
•Pendleton police arrested Alexander Christian Ringe, 28, of 1309 E. Newport Ave., Hermiston, for first-degree trespass and felony possession of methamphetamine.
•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Jared Russell Burns, 28, no address provided for trespass, resisting arrest, concealed weapon, dangerous drugs, escape, and criminal activity in drugs.
•Hermiston police arrested Jentry Phillip Wedge, 25, no address provided, for felony possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft.
•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Maclobio Robles Jr., 22, no address provided, for strangulation and fourth-degree assault.
