7:02 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report for a burglary on Southeast Court Place.

7:07 a.m. - A 911 caller reported a possible burglary after finding a front window broken at TT’s Mini Mart, 131 Sixth St., Umatilla.

12:10 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater caller reported finding two interior doors broken at a property on the 900 block of Evans Street.

2:53 p.m. - A Pendleton man called 911 and reported his fiancé slapped him twice.

3:51 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for a criminal mischief complaint at Knights Inn, 310 S.E. Dorion Ave.

8:18 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of gunfire in the area of Main and Hill streets, Rieth.

12:15 a.m. - Umatilla police checked around the Riverside Sports Bar & Lounge, 1501 Sixth St., for a possible prowler.

12:36 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received another 911 call about gunshots, this time on Highway 395 North outside Hermiston.

12:43 a.m. - Pendleton emergency services responded to the 200 block of South Main Street for an intoxicated male who was unconscious and bleeding from the mouth.

2:53 p.m. - A 911 caller on Klaus Road, Hermiston, reported gunshots.

4:07 p.m. - Hermiston police took a report for possible child abuse or neglect.

10:37 p.m. - And yet another report of gunshots, this time from the area of Baggett and Sunshine lanes, Hermiston.

12:14 a.m. - A woman on East Dogwood Avenue, Hermiston, refused to let her spouse sleep. A caller reported the situation was “verbal at this time.”

11:31 a.m. - Milton-Freewater police received a report of a burglary at storage unit at 5th Avenue Self-Storage, 207 N.E. Fifth Ave.

12:38 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a hay stack grass fire on Southwest 10th Street, Pilot Rock, that was moving toward homes.

4:51 p.m. - Umatilla police responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Dos Palos Court.

10:34 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for counterfeit money at the Circle K, 335 S.E. Court Ave.


•Oregon State Police arrested Ryan Craige McCoy, 33, of Milton-Freewater, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.


•Umatilla police arrested Francisco Hernandez Lopez, 20, for DUII (alcohol), failure to display license, first-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

•Pendleton police arrested Brianna Marie Gillette, 34, of La Grande, for felony possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a peace office and second-degree trespass.


•Oregon State Police arrested Gary Jay Holford Jr., 41, for DUII. According to state police, the driver turned into a yard on East Crockett Road, Milton-Freewater, thinking it was a road.

•Oregon State Police arrested Perez Benjamin Delacruz, 38, of Umatilla, for DUII (alcohol).


•Oregon State Police arrested Frederick Fay Walton Jr., 39, of Ione, for DUII.

•Stanfield police arrested Andrew Benjamin Kauffman, 54, of McNary, for felony methamphetamine possession, failure to pay fines and failure to appear.

•Pendleton police arrested Richard Lee Hunt Jr., 41, of Pendleton, for domestic violence crimes of strangulation and fourth-degree assault.

•Pendleton police arrested Steven Lloyd Smith, 27, of Pendleton, for DUII (controlled substance).

•Hermiston police arrested Chase Albert Fritz, 18, of Hermiston, for the domestic violence crime of fourth-degree assault and for a violation of a jail release agreement.


•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Drion Mark Donner, 29, of Hermiston, for second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment and felony meth possession.

•Pendleton police arrested Elizabeth June Eickstaedt, 19, for domestic violence crimes of fourth-degree assault, menacing and harassment.
