•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office investigated more mail theft complaints after a resident of South Edwards Road, Stanfield, reported possible missing mail at 10:22 a.m. Mail theft or attempted mail theft was also reported by residents of Southshore Drive and Harbor Lite Drive in Umatilla.

•Umatilla police at 10:36 received a complaint of the theft of three propane tanks from a residence on Seventh Street. The caller named a possible suspect.

•A Umatilla resident at 10:36 a.m. reported the theft of checks and credit cards and fraud in the amount of $1,000. A Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy took a theft report.

•A resident of Little Butter Creek Road, Heppner, reported to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at 12:54 p.m. that mail may have been stolen from their mailbox.

•Milton-Freewater police at 3:35 p.m. received a report of items taken from a concession stand in the 1000 block of Walnut Street.
