5:29 a.m. - Emergency services in Morrow County responded to a trailer fire at Green Acres RV Park, 80542 Paterson Ferry Road, Irrigon.

9:37 a.m. - Staff at Heppner Market Fresh, 238 N. Main St., Heppner, reported someone passed fake $50 bills.

9:51 a.m. - A caller asked police to check on her brother in Hermiston because he is a victim of a domestic violence situation.

12:12 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to a burglary on the 900 block of Northwest Stockton Street.

12:57 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for a burglary at Locust Trailer Court, 1501 N. Elizabeth St.

1:57 p.m. - A resident on Piper Canyon Road near Lexington reported her dogs chased a cat up a power pole and she was concerned it would cause a problem. She asked if emergency services could get the cat off the pole.

4:07 p.m. - Fire departments extinguished a grass fire that threatened a home at Dark Canyon Avenue and Blue Jay Street, Umatilla.

8:00 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a husband was aggressive toward his wife at the Hat Rock Campground, 82284 Hat Rock Road.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Adam Everett Harvill, 29, of Benton City, Washington, for third-degree theft, first-degree forgery and first-degree possession of a forged instrument.

•Pendleton police arrested Eric Scott Arbogast, 38, of Nehalem, for domestic violence assault, third-degree theft and harassment.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Thomas James Van Pelt, 44, of Pendleton, for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, felony fleeing, driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and reckless driving.
