9:50 a.m. - Stanfield police for the second day in a row issued multiple citations at 3D Idapro on Hoosier Lane for odor complaints.

9:51 a.m. - The Reedsport Police Department asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to contact a Heppner resident to get him to sign a vehicle theft report. The resident’s husband tried to report the vehicle as stolen when his girlfriend did not return it, but the husband is not on the vehicle registration.

11:09 a.m. - A resident of Oregon Trail Manor, 2430 S.W. Perkins Ave., Pendleton, reported they are out about $5,000 from a scam.

11:32 a.m. - Milton-Freewater police took a report for a burglary and theft of an air compressor and multiple tool that occurred in the last three weeks on the 200 block of Northeast Fifth Avenue.

1:42 p.m. - Umatilla police took a report for an assault at the Lamplighter Motel, 401 Sixth St., Umatilla.

2:07 p.m. - An occupant at the Lamplighter Motel told Umatilla police he lost his two dogs.

2:38 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a 10-year-old student taking a knife to school. The caller said this happened before and did not know if the student’s parents know, but it appears no one is doing anything about it.

4:27 p.m. - Milton-Freewater police opened an investigation into a second burglary and theft of sports items and cash. This one occurred in the afternoon on the 700 block of Northeast 10th Avenue

5:11 p.m. - A resident on Southwest Wyoming Street, Irrigon, reported she came home and found something killed 15 of her 21 chickens and two of her five turkeys. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded but the investigation did to find the animal or animals responsible.

7:57 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for a fight at Denny’s, 610 Tutuilla Creek Road.

11:06 p.m. - A caller reported a possible drunk driver almost hit other vehicles head-on at Umatilla River Road and Cooney Lane, Hermiston.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joaquin Mendoz Guzman, 26, for misdemeanor domestic violence assault.

•Umatilla County Community Justice arrested Jesse Lee Hart, 35, of Umatilla, for unlawful purchase of a firearm, false swearing, giving false information for the transfer of handguns and violating probation violation.

•Oregon State Police arrested Kyle Joseph McGuire, 41, of Pendleton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (controlled substances) and reckless driving.

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jessica Marie Gray, 31, of Umatilla, for misdemeanor domestic violence assault.

•And the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office reported making this arrests on Friday, Nov. 9: Marrianna I. Torres, 18, for DUII (controlled substance); and Isaac Guzman, 22, and Carols Cervantes Madrigal, 23, both for DUII (controlled substance). reckless driving and refusing to take an intoxication test.
