•A Milton-Freewater resident at 8:23 a.m. reported someone tried to open a bank account in his name at Bank of America. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a fraud report.

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office at 9:45 a.m. took a theft report from a resident of North First Street, Hermiston, who said a license plate and gas can were stolen.

•Milton-Freewater police at 10 a.m. received a report of a 1997 Honda Civic stolen from in front of a residence in the 100 block of Southwest Seventh Avenue.

•A man at 3:49 p.m. contacted the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office to report he was approached at the vicinity of Highway 332 and Highway 339, Milton-Freewater, by men driving a U-Haul pickup containing construction equipment, including two generators, an inverter, a pressure washer and an air compressor. The caller said the men told him if he bought a generator he could have all the other equipment for free. He requested phone contact from a sheriff’s deputy.

•The driver of an eastbound Greyhound bus called Pendleton police at 4:17 a.m. to report an unruly passenger was touching other passengers and refusing to listen to the driver. The call was referred to Oregon State Police.

•A resident of Eastside Road, Milton-Freewater, reported her vehicle broken into at 10:25 a.m. She said the thieves took change, gloves and two flashlights but did not take the car, which was unlocked with the keys inside. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at 11:54 a.m. received a call from a resident of Kunze Lane, Boardman, who said his snowmobile had been taken from a residence on Skyview Drive where he previously lived and he could give the address where the vehicle is now. He requested contact from a sheriff’s deputy at his residence.

•Milton Freewater police received three theft reports: a stolen wallet from the 300 block of Raspberry Loop at 12:11 p.m., the theft of several pair of sunglasses from a vehicle in the 1000 block of College Street at 12:49 p.m., and two golf clubs taken from another vehicle in the same block on College at 6:42 p.m.

•Pendleton police at 3:49 p.m. received a report of a break-in at a storage unit on Tutuilla Road.

•Stanfield police received a call at 4:39 p.m. from a woman who reported the theft of a dryer from her storage unit at Oregon Trail Mini Storage, 81011 N. Highway 395, Hermiston. She said there were lots of other belongings left in the unit. She requested contact.

•A caller at 4:55 p.m. called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office to report a second possible break-in at a storage unit. The caller said items from his father’s estate, for which he is executor, were missing including autographed sports memorabilia, tools, a clothes dryer and collectible coins were missing. A sheriff’s deputy took a theft report.

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Department at 11:36 a.m. received a report of the theft of copper wire from a storage unit at Ace Mini Storage, 82270 Lind Road, Umatilla.

•Pendleton police at 12 noon received a report of a break-in at the old Interpath Lab building, 1100 Southgate.

•A Pendleton resident at 7:07 p.m. reported her car was broken into in front of J.C. Penney, 124 S. Main St., Pendleton.

Friday

•Pendleton police arrested Nathan A. Munoz, 23, 438 S.W. Fifth St., Pendleton, and Shawn P. Troyer, 21, 101 S.E. Sixth St., Pendleton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•Pendleton police also arrested Kristofer L. Webber, 23, 315 Northgate, Pendleton, for third-degree robbery, third degree theft and reckless endangerment.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Emily Roylene Sully, 31, 105 S. Russell St., Milton-Freewater, on charges of attempted first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), second-degree criminal trespass, harassment (offensive physical contact) and second-degree disorderly conduct.

•The Umatila County Sheriff’s Office arrested Holden Dean Holt Smith, 22, address not provided, for first-degree rape (forcible) at the Gilliam County Substation.

Saturday

•Pendleton police arrested Victor H. Zurita, 35, 611 N.W. Sixth St., Pendleton, for duii, driving while suspended and refusal of breathalyzer test.

•Pendleton police also arrested Korina Rae Bentz, 24, address not provided, for first- and second-degree theft.

Sunday

•Pendleton police arrested Jesse Gilbert Minthorn, 47, address not provided, for duii and on failure to appear and contempt of court warrants.

Monday

•Pendleton police arrested Samatha J. Baumbach, 25, 716 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton, for duii, no operator’s license and refusal of breathalyzer test.
