THURSDAY

•A resident of South Ninth Street in Hermiston called Hermiston police at 7:48 a.m. to report the theft of a generator off his trailer. He requested officer contact.

•Pendleton police contacted a woman in the 500 block of Northwest 15th Drive at 12:48 p.m. who complained that $7,000 had been stolen from her vehicle after she was arrested by Pendleton police. An officer took a theft report.

•A?boat trailer and motor were reported stolen at 12:50 p.m. by a resident of Kunze Lane, Boardman. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Department took a theft report.

•An employee at Motel 6, 325 S.E. Nye Ave., Pendleton, called Pendleton police at 4:17 p.m. to report $150 missing from the previous day’s receipts. She said the total was recorded on the sales record from the day before but when she got the money out of the safe in the morning there was money missing. She requested an officer contact her at the motel office.

•Hermiston Fire and Emergency Services was dispatched at 5:30 p.m. after a man called from somewhere on South Edwards Road outside Hermiston to report his van was on fire.

•A Stanfield resident in the 100 block of South Earl Street called the Stanfield Police Department at 9:50 p.m. to report a woman had entered her house, assaulted her and another man and took the man’s white 2004 Ford F350 pickup. The assailant and the man are in the process of separating. Medical assistance was denied and no one wanted to press charges.

•A Umatilla man called the Umatilla Police Department at 10:24 p.m. to report he was being pursued eastbound on Highway 730 by subjects in a blue Honda. He later called back to report the subjects had turned up at his house in the 100 block of Cowlitz Avenue and broke a window in his vehicle. Umatilla officers responded.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

Thursday

•Oregon State Police arrested Cortney Larae Cade, 25, address not given, on charges of first-degree theft and resisting arrest. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office also charged Cade with assaulting a public safety officer. Cade is lodged in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, on $17,000 in bonds.

•Also arrested by the Oregon State Police was Nathan Lee Doughty, 23, address not given, who was charged with felony identity theft. His bail at the Umatilla County Jail was set at $12,000.

•Hermiston police arrested Raymond Lawrence Brown, 28, transient, on charges of possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.

•Arrested for possession of methamphetamine by Hermiston police was David Eric Foreman, 40, 359 N.W. 10th St., Hermiston.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kristina Louise Moore, 25, address not given, on charges of possession of methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and driving while suspended. She was also cited for driving uninsured, failure to carry/present operator’s license and illegal alteration/display.
