2:29 a.m. - Hermiston police received a report of a prowler on West Ridgeway Avenue.
4:53 a.m. - A Milton-Freewater resident reported someone damaged tires on her vehicle.
8:01 a.m. - A caller told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to be on the look for a white van heading west from Stanfield because the van’s license plate looked like it was cardboard and displayed only “SF.” The sheriff’s office referred the report to Oregon State Police.
8:10 a.m. - Staff at Pendleton High School called 911 to report a student overdosed on an unknown substance and was shaking and suffering abdominal pains.
8:14 a.m. - Hermiston police received a report of someone stabbing a female with a small fork on the 1300 block of Southwest Sixth Street. The victim declined medical help.
10:17 a.m. - Milton-Freewater took a report for vandalism to the city buss shelter at Northeast Fourth Avenue and Rose Street.
11:39 a.m. - A woman came to the Hermiston Police Department and reported she may be the victim of a scam.
11:59 a.m. - A man came to the Hermiston Police Department and reported someone drained all the money from his bank account.
12:02 p.m. - A 911 caller reported an assault at the Mountain View Apartments, 2410 N.W. Carden Ave., Pendleton. A little more than three hours later, a caller at the complex reported child abuse.
1:07 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a Heppner-area resident not paying state income taxes. The case is under investigation.
2:06 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received information about an abandoned animal on Northeast Vanarsdale Lane, Hermiston,
4:10 p.m. - A resident of Umatilla River Road, Hermiston, reported the theft of pop cans.
5:26 p.m. - A Heppner resident on North Gale Street asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to provide extra patrols to keep an eye on his place so nobody takes the large bag of cans he has yet to cash in.
Not many officers can wait to watch over someone’s bag of cans.
7:56 p.m. - Staff at the Sub Zero Motel, Irrigon, reported the theft of Lottery revenue from the till. Security cameras also recored the crime.
8:22 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for a burglary at Indian Hills Village Apartment, 1335 S.W. Second St., Pendleton.
•Hermiston police arrested Christopher Dewayne Schneider, 35, of Boardman, on a warrant and for felony methamphetamine possession and third-degree escape.
•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Kevin James Crane, 26, of Pendleton, for criminal activity in drugs bail, dangerous drugs and on a warrant for failure to appear.
•Hermiston police arrested Noe Estevan Monreal, 21, for felony and misdemeanor attempting to flee, reckless driving, misdemeanor methamphetamine possession, driving without a license and driving uninsured.
