8:16 a.m. - An Irrigon resident on Southwest Nevada Avenue reported the neighbor’s Chihuahua came over to her yard and started barking. The dog has done this twice that morning, the caller said, and she needs to get to sleep because she works nights.

8:47 a.m. - Pendleton police responded to an assault at Sunridge Middle School, 700 S.W. Runnion Ave.

10:01 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report of drug activity on the 100 block of Southeast Byers Avenue.

10:48 a.m. - The manager at the Oregon Trail RV Park, 1200 Washington ave., Irrigon, reported the theft of a generator.

10:49 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report for theft at the Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter Thrift Store, 203 S.E. Goodwin Ave.

11:27 a.m. - A Hermiston resident asked to speak to an officer about his ex-girlfriend and her family harassing him via phone.

11:51 a.m. - A Hermiston resident asked to speak to an officer about the harassing texts and phone calls she is getting.

12:41 p.m. - A 911 caller reported someone threw a female from a vehicle in Hermiston at theater Lane and Northeast Second Street.

1:03 p.m. - Hermiston police received a complaint about the red Mazda 626 in the Safeway parking lot, 990 S. Highway 395, because it has been there for six weeks.

6:31 p.m. - An Irrigon man on Southeast Utah Avenue told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office a gray Toyota Tundra turned around in his driveway and he wants the driver arrested for trespassing the next time he comes onto the property.

5:50 p.m. - A Boardman man reported someone during the weekend came to his home on Mountain View Drive and asked if he wanted to buy pistols. And today, he said, he chatted with a man who believes the gun seller stole his guns.

7:19 p.m. - Stanfield police responded to a residence on East Coe Avenue, Stanfield, on a domestic violence call.

7:19 p.m. - A 911 caller in Pendleton reported her husband hit her in front of two children.

8:33 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Irrigon Shell station for a customer who called an employee names and threw pop on the employee. The suspect took off in an orange Dodge. Deputies soon cited a woman for misdemeanors of harassment and disorderly conduct and released her on her own recognizance.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

•Pendleton police arrested Matthew Alan Gaar, 20, for first-degree animal abuse carrying concealed weapons, both misdemeanors.

•Pendleton police arrested Kalana Christina Engel, 29, of Pendleton, for felony domestic violence assault and on a warrant for failure to appear.
