THURSDAY

12:55 a.m. — A caller reported the theft of a purple 1992 Honda Civic from Southshore Drive, Umatilla.

7 a.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a request for extra patrols along County Line Road near Hermiston for hunters shooting from the road.

7:46 a.m. — A caller reported possible child abuse and domestic violence in Boardman.

9:30 a.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of cows at large at Knapp and Southeast Division streets, Irrigon.

10:25 a.m. — An Irrigon resident on Pleasant View Road reported he returned from vacation and found he was the victim of a home burglary and is missing guns and cash.

11:29 a.m. — Pendleton police took a report for a scam at the Oxford House for transitional housing on Southeast Ninth Street.

12:15 p.m. — A caller on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, reported a stray dog in the area was missing a chunk of a front leg and had exposed bone. The caller added the dog has had the injury for a couple of weeks. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office did not find the dog.

12:28 p.m. — Hermiston police took a complaint of harassment from a male who said his co-worker’s ex-boyfriend damaged his property and threatened him at Funland Park, Hermiston.

2:31 p.m. — The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of animal neglect in Weston.

6:01 p.m. — A Hermiston resident on Kennedy Avenue complained about someone parking a semitrailer on the street. The caller said this was illegal and wanted police to do something about the situation.

8:58 p.m. — A caller reported two men on bicycles broke into a dark-colored vehicle in front of Chateaubri Mobile Home Park, 1030 S.W. 11th St.

10:54 p.m. — Employees at the Irrigon Shell station reported finding a bag that may contain drugs by the coffee machine. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy seized the bag to dispose of the material inside.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Joe Stone, 31, of Boardman, for felony attempt to elude, misdemeanor attempt to elude, reckless driving, reckless endangering, felony methamphetamine possession and a felony probation violation.

•Pendleton police arrested Christopher Michael Vivona, 25, of, Bakersfield, California, for first-degree forgery, giving false information to law enforcement and on warrants.

•Pendleton police arrested Benjamin Joseph Graham, 37, for domestic violence assault.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Vincent Elliot Sohappy, 52, of Pendleton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
