12:38 a.m. — A 911 caller reported a burglary at Novedades Cruz, 1360 Sixth St., Umatilla.

2:46 a.m. — Law enforcement received an emergency call about a prowler on Royce Lane, Hermiston. Officers did not find the prowler.

11:47 a.m. — Pendleton police checked on the status of a business license at Southwest 12th Street and Frazer Avenue.

2:53 p.m. — Pendleton police dealt with a disturbance at Sunridge Middle School, 700 S.W. Runnion Ave.

4:33 p.m. — Hermiston police received a 911 report for a domestic disturbance on Northwest 11th Street.

5:10 p.m. — Pendleton police took a report for theft at the nursing care facility Willowbrook Terrace, 707 S.W. 37th St.

9:12 p.m. — A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Southwest 14th Place, Hermiston.

SATURDAY

6:10 a.m. — Police received a 911 call about a domestic disturbance at Country Club Manor Apartments, 605 Umatilla Ave., Umatilla.

3:38 p.m. — Umatilla police responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in a parking lot. The caller said he would walk to his girlfriend’s house to get a shovel. This was the first of 12 disabled vehicles Umatilla police received Saturday. Officers also handled six more calls Sunday for disabled or crashed vehicles.

4:20 p.m. — Pendleton police responded to a disturbance at Starbucks, 709 Southgate.

6:34 p.m. — Pendleton police assisted with a domestic disturbance call at Mountain View Apartments, 2410 N.W. Carden Ave.

9:32 p.m. — Traffic lights at North First Street and East Elm Avenue, Hermiston, were not cycling correctly.

SUNDAY

7:18 a.m. — Pendleton police took a report for a burglary on Southwest Marshall Avenue.

7:52 a.m. — Umatilla police responded to Willamette Avenue and John Day Street on a complaint about a dog.

8:01 a.m. — Hermiston police received a request to check on the welfare of a person in a motorized wheelchair at West Highland Avenue and Southwest 11th Street. Officers did not find anyone in a wheelchair.

1:45 p.m. — Umatilla police took a report for a burglary on Tyler Avenue.

3:51 p.m. — Stanfield police received a 911 complaint about a dog on South Main Street, Stanfield.

8:59 p.m. — A 911 caller reported a burglary on Northeast Mount Hebron Drive, Pendleton.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office cited Madison Rose Reitz, 18, of Pendleton, for minor in possession of marijuana.

Thursday, Feb. 7

Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Tomas Cortez, 21, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Friday, Feb. 8

Oregon State Police arrested Brandon Ronald Webb, 24, for DUII.

Saturday, Feb. 9

Pendleton police cited Isaiah L. Case, 27, of Pendleton, for DUII.

Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kevin Allen Hightower, 28, for felony possession of a federally controlled substance, carrying a concealed firearm and on warrants.

Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Javier Francisco Vigil, 47, of Pendleton, for second-degee burglary, third-degree theft and driving while suspended/revoked.

Hermiston police arrested Dustin Gene Sanders, 35, of Hermiston, for first-degree theft, computer crime and on warrants.

Hermiston police arrested Wyatt York Vaughn Trader, 24, of Hermiston, for fleeing, second-degree escape, reckless driving, reckless endangering and a warrant.

Pendleton police cited Randy A. Royer, 32, of Pendleton, for DUII.

Sunday, Feb. 10

Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Senaida Garcia, 34, for felony methamphetamine possession.

Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Frank Norman Lynn II, 55, of Pendleton, for domestic abuse, abuse of an elder and harassment.

Pendleton police arrested Edwin Thomas Morningowl, 55, of Pendleton, for driving while suspended/revoked and DUII.

Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jesse Patrick Jackson, 31, for methamphetamine possession and two counts of felon in possession of a weapon, all misdemeanors.
